Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are only available as an E voucher.
We do not have a front of house or reception staff so please do not come into the salon to buy as there may not be someone available to serve you.

•Simply drop us an email, WhatsApp or social media message (links in the ”contact us” page)

Please state the following…. 

•Which treatment or value you’d like the voucher for

•What personalised message you’d like written on the voucher 

We’ll then send you the details to make payment and send your E voucher instantly back after payment has been received. 

GIFT VOUCHERS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Vouchers cannot be extended past the 6 month expiry date. Please do not put us in the uncomfortable position by asking. The appointment MUST take place BEFORE or ON the expiry date for the voucher to be valid. 

Birthday vouchers can be dated from a day you request (up to a maximum of 4 weeks ahead)  Christmas, valentines, Mother’s Day & Father’s Day vouchers will be dated from that actual day so you can still get your order in early. 

Gift vouchers can be redeemed as part payment if the treatment is more than the voucher value with the additional fee due on the day 

Gift vouchers can be split if the treatment is less than the voucher value with the balance carried over towards another treatment.

Gift vouchers purchased for a particular treatment will be honoured in the event of a price increase after the voucher was issued. 

Gift vouchers are non refundable.

Gift vouchers can be changed to a treatment of the same value if the recipient wishes. 

Gift vouchers are transferable. (Please let us know if somebody else will be redeeming the voucher)

In the event of a relocation, the voucher must be redeemed at the new premises.
