We offer Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, aromatherapy massage, Indian head massage, pregnancy massage, oncology massage, couples massage, aromatherapy facials and body treatments

The frequency of your massage sessions will depend on your individual needs and goals. Some people may benefit from weekly sessions, while others may only need one every few months. Your therapist can help you determine the best schedule for you.

Feel free to wear whatever you feel comfortable in. ALL CLIENTS will be asked to keep lower underwear on throughout. Your therapist will give you full privacy to undress and dress by leaving the room.
We ask that you please do not wear wet swimsuits to your appointment. 

Yes! We are happy to see male clients. We have a strict policy where lower underwear must remain on throughout your treatment. 

Children can really benefit from the effects of massage. We don’t set a minimum age but they must be comfortable with laying still for their session and a parent or guardian must be present throughout if they are under 16 years old. 

Unfortunately due to the size of our Holiday inn salon we can only accommodate one client at a time. So you’re welcome to book with a friend but you’ll be seen one after the other. You’re welcome to purchase an £8 YOU FIT health club day to use the facilities such as the pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room & gym whilst you wait for each other. Alternatively there is the hotel’s restaurant, coffee shop, bar & lounge area you‘re welcome to use 

We have a much larger treatment room at our Inn On The Lake Salon and we are able to accommodate couples treatments where you’ll be seen side by side (subject to a 2nd therapist availability) Please see the couples massage tab in our drop down menu. 

Yes there is free parking at both salons within the hotels private car park.
To avoid a parking fine you’ll be required to enter your registration number on the screen as you enter The YOU FIT health within the Holiday Inn hotel.
