The frequency of your massage sessions will depend on your individual needs and goals. Some people may benefit from weekly sessions, while others may only need one every few months. Your therapist can help you determine the best schedule for you.
Feel free to wear whatever you feel comfortable in. ALL CLIENTS will be asked to keep lower underwear on throughout. Your therapist will give you full privacy to undress and dress by leaving the room. Please remove any loose jewellery before your treatment. Please store your belongings safely as they are your responsibility and we will not hold accountability for any lost items.
We ask that you please do not wear wet swimsuits to your appointment.
Yes! We are happy to see male clients. We have a strict policy where lower underwear must remain on throughout your treatment.
Children can really benefit from the effects of massage. We don’t set a minimum age but they must be comfortable with laying still for their session and a parent or guardian must be present throughout if they are under 16 years old.
Yes. We have a large double treatment room where we can see 2 people side by side or you can request to be in separate rooms. This is subject to a 2nd therapist availability. Please see the couples massage tab in our drop down menu for more information
Yes there is free parking the leisure centre. Please use the car park to the right as you pull in from the main road. IF that is full you're welcome to park on the Rugby & social car park next door (to the left as you pull in) or you can park on the main road. please note parking can be busy on occasions so allow time.
