Independent Practitioners

All therapists working within this space are independent, self-employed professionals who provide their services from our salon.

While they work from our premises and use our booking system, each therapist is solely responsible for the treatments they provide, including the care, advice, products, equipment used, and outcomes associated with their work.

When you book an appointment, your agreement for treatment is directly with the individual therapist carrying out your session, not with the salon.

We will ensure your message is passed to your therapist so they can personally review and respond to you.

Resolution of Concerns

Your therapist will directly manage and respond to any feedback relating to your treatment, communication, or aftercare.

In the rare event that a formal claim or insurance matter arises, this will be handled directly between you and the therapist in accordance with their professional indemnity and public liability insurance arrangements.

The salon acts solely as a booking, coordination, and hosting space for independent practitioners and does not provide or take responsibility for individual treatments, products, equipment used by therapists, or clinical outcomes.
